I got sick enough of living paycheck-to-paycheck and failing to achieve our financial goals so I decided to do something about it.
I dove into the world of cash flow to see how we could maximize our money, without a traditional budget (been there, done that, never worked).
We were finally able to create and follow a cash flow system that allowed me to retire from teaching, buy two investment properties, and take multiple pre-paid vacations every year.
